Went for an horchata style espresso martini. Inspired by a Spanish Latte.
Set up shaker tins and necessary bar tools, and start a shot of espresso.
Build the cocktail by adding .5 oz condensed cinnamon milk, .5 oz Creme de Cacao, .75 oz Baileys, .75 oz Mr. Blacks Cold Brew Liqueur, 1.5 oz Absolut Vanilla, and pour prepared shot of espresso.
Add ice to shaker tin and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to build the desired froth and texture of the cocktail.
Strain into coupe glass.
Carefully add 3 dashes of cinnamon powder to the top of the cocktail as well as 3-4 espresso beans for garnish.
