Drawing inspiration from choc orange ice coffees with a dark chocolatey rum edge and a creamy egg white foam. This drink has dark, bitter notes of coffee and orange zest offset by the cocoa of dark chocolate.

Ingredients

 44 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 44 ml Rum Liqueur(Ratu)
 2 dashes Orange bitters
 1 egg white
 1 pinch Dark chocolate
 1 pt Orange peel

Directions

Add 44 ml (1 shot) Mr Black coffee liquor, 44 ml (1 shot) Ratu rum, 2 dashes of orange bitters, and 1 egg white to shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.

Strain ice out of shaker and perform a reverse dry shake on ingredients for 45 seconds.

Pour into coupe glass and grate dark chocolate over the foam.

Twist orange peel over the glass to release flavour, run peel along the edge of the glass, your drink is now ready to serve.
