This cocktail is purely a collection of some of my favourite spirits. A mix of flavours that works surprisingly well together.
This cocktail delivers a beautifully aromatic bouquet of citrus, followed by the rich coffee body of Mr Black and finished with the somehow subtle peated influence of Laphroaig
Ingredients
45 ml Mr Black
22.50 ml Averna
22.50 ml Laphroaig
3 dashes Orange Bitters
5 ml Absinthe

Chill a cocktail glass

In a mixing glass add the booze

Add large ice and stir for about 15 seconds- I used large ice to try and avoid too much dilution

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass

Express oils from an orange twist and place on side to garnish
