I created this cocktail in honor of a friend who loves everything Coffee, especially Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur in all the cocktails I make him. I had to make one inspired by his favorite flavors that compliment coffee and combine the best ones to create something extravagant. Showcasing perfectly, non other than the perfect, Mr. Black! I also named and garnished the cocktail accordingly with his equal love of video games, the Coffee Beans perfectly mimicking a game controller pad!

Chill Irish Coffee Glass in Freezer
Once Chilled, place glass upside down on a wooden cedar plank after torching wood to smoke glass
Add first 5 ingredients together in a shaker with ice and shake 10 seconds
Double Strain (Hawthorne + Mesh) ingredients into cedar smoked, chilled glass.
In a separate tin combine last 3 ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds.
Carefully layer Raspberry Sweet Cream on top of cocktail by pouring slowly around in a circle to leave a circular empty space in the middle
Garnish with 4 Coffee Beans in the shape of a game controller pad
