Thick, creamy, and easy to drink. Starts with smooth chocolate on the nose and finishes with a light floral note of lavender.



 1.50 oz White Chocolate Liqueur (Godiva)
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Lavender Syrup
 0.50 oz Heavy Cream
 2 dashes Lavender Bitters (Scrappy's)
 4 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Woodford Reserve)
 1 pinch Salt



Add heavy cream to shaker and give a good shake to thicken.


Add White chocolate liqueur, Mr. Black, lavender syrup (can be substituted with simple syrup), 1 dash of lavender bitters, 1 dash chocolate bitters, very small pinch of salt, add ice and give a good shake. (be very careful with the salt too much will ruin it)


Double strain into chilled coupe.


Garnish with 3 drops of chocolate bitters, 1 drop of lavender bitters.


Lavender Syrup recipe- 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 3-5 table spoons lavender buds, and 2-3 dashes of lavender bitters.
Bring to a light simmer for 5 minutes and let cool for 1 hour before straining out buds.
