This is a perfect summer cocktail for drinking and walking on the beach. The salt brightens the sweet and sour flavors from Calpis, Pavan grape liqueur, grapes and lemon juice to this cocktail, like a trip out to sea in a glass.
The soda gives the cocktail sparkle and tangy taste like beautiful beach waves. The rich and intense coffee taste come from Mr. Black coffee liqueur offers a perfect combination of sweet and tart but does not take away the elegance of coffee.
Ingredients
30 ml Vodka
25 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
15 ml Grape Liqueur(Pavan)
40 ml Calpis
5 ml Lemon Juice
3 Grapes
A pinch of sea salt
Soda
Directions

Add ice to a Collins glass.

Mash the grapes in a shaker.

Pour all ingredients except soda water to a shaker.

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass.

Pour soda to the Collins glass.

Garnish with edible flowers.
