Boba meets Coffee what's not to love!
Recently fallen in love with bubble tea but it will never replace my love for coffee. I wanted to make somthing like enough for the daytime instead of a spritz, but could be made stronger for later in the night. Wanted somthing fruity and lite and coconut felt right. What I like about this cocktail is how I can be changed for the individual: different milks, different flavoured pearls, strength, coffee type and profile. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

 50 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 25 ml Vanilla vodka
 1 cup Brownsugar tapioca pearls
 30 ml Espresso
 75 ml Milk
 25 ml Coconut syrup

Directions

Boil tapioca pearls, toss in brown sugar syrup.
When ready add to bottom of Highball glass.
Add cubed ice to glass.

Combine Mr Black, vodka, espresso with ice. Then pour into the glass over the pearls.

Blend milk with coconut syrup till frothy, layer this onto of cocktail.
