Inspired by YouTube, Kevin Kos Clarified White Russian, but substituting Coffee Bitters & Simple Syrup with Mr Black Liqueur

Ingredients

 4 oz Vodka
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 2 oz Lemon Juice
 3.50 oz Cream
 2 oz Powdered Chocolate

Directions

Combine 4 oz Vodka, 2 tsp Lemon Juice, and 1/2 oz Mr Black Liqueur. (1/4 oz Simple Syrup optional, or to taste)

Pour 1-1/2 oz of Cream to a container (large glass).
Pour Vodka mixture over the cream, and place in refrigerator over night.
( It's Important to pour the Vodka over the cream, and not the other way around)

The following morning, remove you mixture from the refrigerator. You will see that the cream has curdled. This good.

Pour the entire mixture over a coffee filter and into another glass container. This will take several this will take some time.

After a couple of hours, you will have a clear cocktail. Set aside to prepare cream remaining cream

Combine 2 oz Cream, a 1/2 oz Mr. Black Liqueur, and 2 tsp Cacao Powder.
Whip ingredient to create a thick syrup mocha.

Pour your Vodka mixture into a clear cocktail glass, add a clear ice cube(s), Then slowly add the mocha cream to float over the surface.

Optional for Chocolate Lovers;
(Add a couple of dashes of Chocolate Bitters to your cocktail, before adding the Mocha Cream).

Garnish Options;
Whole Coffee Bean(s)
Cacao Nibs
Shaved Chocolate or small Chocolate Chips

Or my favorite;
Using an eye dropper; add a few drops of Mr. Black Liqueur on top of the Mocha Cream. Then rake with a tooth pick to impress your lady(s) with decorative hearts.

Recipe makes enough for two after dinner coffee cocktail.
