This one is actually inspired by another of my entries. I combined Mr Black with Cream of Coconut and loved how well they work together BUT there's an issue with the coconut milk curdling if you don't blend it properly. I decided to work with that and actually used curdled coconut milk (in the form of cream of coconut) to clarify the drink. It looks amazing and that Mr Black coffee flavour still comes through!

Ingredients

 1.50 oz Overproof Pot Still Rum(Inner Circle)
 1 oz Mr Black
 1 oz Cream of Coconut
 0.50 oz Chai Syrup (1 part strong chai to 1.5 parts raw sugar)
 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients except Cream of Coconut to a mixing glass and stir

Add ingredients to Cream of Coconut and stir gently

Allow "curds" to form (leave for 5 to 30 minutes)

Pour combined drink through a coffee filter

The first part of the drink to run through the filter will be cloudy, allow it to run through for a while then pour it through the filter again

Serve on clear ice to best show off the clarification

Garnish with a maraschino cherry

    You need to allow several hours for the clarification process so be patient!
