It started with ready about milk punches and clarification. Then started thinking about. What can I clarify that folks don’t expect? So started dabbling with espresso martinis and this is where the journey has taken me. Apologies on mobile keeping my photo from not being sideways.
Ingredients
1 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
1.25 oz Vanilla rum(Mad River)
0.75 oz Bailey’s Irish cream
0.25 oz Oat milk
5 drops Citric acid solution
Directions

To create citric acid solution add 1/4 teaspoon to .5 cup of water.

Combine all ingredients aside from citric acid.

Add citric acid and stir till curdled.

Let sit for a few minutes.

Pass through coffee filter x2 leaving solids in filter.

Chill then serve up.
