Christmas Pud is inspired by some of the best Christmassy treats, in particular your classic desert after you stuff yourself of Christmas day foods. Tasting this cocktail might be better than the real Christmas pud nanna makes. It's balanced, creamy and packs a dessert like punch.



 45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Vodka
 30 ml Spiced Rum
 30 ml House made xmas/date syrup
 15 ml House made Salted Caramel syrup



To your shaker add Mr Black and the salted caramel syrup and stir to combine


Then add the Vodka ,Spiced rum, Xmas/date syrup and top with ice and shake until frothy


Strain into your cocktail glass and top with Espresso and Cinnamon infused whipped cream

Espresso and Cinnamon infused cream:

Add 300ml of whipping cream, 45ml of espresso and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to a bowl and whisk until thickened.

Date Syrup Recipe:

500g Dates
2 tbs Cinamon
1 tsp Cloves
3 tbs Mixed spice
3 Fresh orange peels
4L Water


Soak your dates in boiling water for up to 30minutes then transfer water and dates into large saucepan where you will add 4L of water


Add the Cinnamon, Cloves, Mixed spice and fresh orange peels and bring to the boil and then simmer for 2 hours


Strain the liquid and keep in airtight container
