A combination of the wonderful caffeinated bitterness of Mr Black and the amazing tart sweetness of Maraschino cherries, Cherry Bean is made to delight.
The cherry taste is manifold: Heering, syrup and Peychaud's each add their own shade. The bourbon deepens its taste and the lemon adds pleasant citrus notes that balance out the cherry sweetness nicely. Finally, the egg white smoothens out the cocktail and provides it with a beautiful foam on top.

 1.50 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 0.75 oz Bourbon
 1 oz Lemon juice
 0.50 oz Cherry Heering
 0.50 oz Maraschino cherry syrup (the one the cherries come in)
 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
 0.75 oz egg white (or just egg white from one egg, to taste)



Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


Dry shake


Add one big rock of ice and shake again for about 10-15 seconds


Remove the rock, do reverse dry shake for best foam (around 5 seconds of vigorous shaking)


Double strain into a chilled coupe glass


Garnish with 2 skewered Maraschino cherries and 3 coffee beans (see the picture)
