I sometimes like to super charge my pour over or long black with some fresh rosemary. I also like the idea of the coffee and nut flavour combo. With that being said, its just a combination of the above using Australian ingredients with Mr Black and coffee being forefront.



 2 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Hazelnut liqueur(White Possum Naked)
 2.50 oz Single O coffee cold brew(Killer Bee)
 0.50 oz Rosemary syrup



In a mixing glass place 3 large ice cubes. Pour in Mr Black, Hazelnut liqueur, cold brew and rosemary syrup. Mix for around 30 seconds / fast revolutions


Strain over 3 large ice cubes into a tall glass.


Garnish with a freshly toasted rosemary stem. Enjoy!!
