I lived in Brazil for a year after high school, and here I was introduced to cachaça and its fabulous drink, the caipirinha. I knew I wanted to find a way to blend that with Mr. Black when I saw the competition, and found that the best way to bridge the flavor gap between these disparate parts was through the margarita. The light and grassy cachaça, the funky and savory tequila, and the roasty coffee of Mr. Black all blends together in a creamy base of lime and coconut perfectly!

1 oz Blanco tequila (Casa amigos)
½ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Cachaça (Leblon)
 ½ oz Agave nectar
 ½ oz Creme of coconut
 1 oz Lime juice
 2 dashes Orange bitters
 3 dashes Flamed angostura

In shaker tin combine all ingredients except the "flamed angostura bitters" and add ice and shake

Fine strain and serve the drink up in pre chilled a coupe glass.

Using an atomizer that has been filled with angostura bitters, and two to three lit matches, spray the bitters through the fire and over the drink 3-4 times, covering it with a float of flamed bitters.
