I give credit here to Anders Erickson and his introduction to the Sentimental Gentleman and the Staggering Gentleman riff of the classic from his bar the Ward Eight Cocktail Bar. While this takes it's inspiration from the Staggering Gentleman, it does sub out the Almond Liqueur for Orgeat, balancing the Benedictine which can be overpowering in a drink.

That’s a Staggering Gentleman, as in Stagg Jr. Cool cocktail regardless!
