Cafe islay is a rich smoky coffee stirred down with hints of orange chocolate and coffee finishing long and dry similar food a good negroni.



 30 ml Mr Black Amaro
 20 ml Campari
 20 ml Islay Whisky(Laphroaig 10)
 10 ml Lemon
 10 ml Honey syrup 1:1
 2 dashes Orange bitters (fee brothers)
 2 dashes Angostura bitters
 2 drops Saline solution 1:5
 3 pt Maraschino cherries or favourite cocktail cherry



Stir all ingredients over ice, the small amount of lemon doesn’t require to be shaken in my opinion I prefer the silky smooth texture of a stirred down drink.
Pour into a rocks glass


Spritz with lemon or grapefruit


Garnish with maraschino cherries
