This is meant to be a Reserve List cocktail, as only premium ingredients are used. The cocktail was inspired by the traditional cafe de olla, even if different spices and flavors were added into the cocktail.

Ingredients

 1.50 oz Tequila(Reserva de la Familia Extra Añejo)
 0.75 oz Oloroso (Dry Sherry)(Lustau)
 0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Ancho Reyes
 3 dashes Mexican Chocolate Bitters(Hella)
 1 Orange Peel

Directions

Add all ingredients into mixing glass.

Add ice and stir.

Strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.

Express orange peel oils over cocktail and place peel in drink.
