Among the combination of my Mexican heritage, I wanted to create a cocktail where it can not only hit home but also bring in an expression of original flavors.
Ingredients
1 l Water
1 stick Piloncillo
2 sticks Cinnamon
1 cup ground Mexican coffee
2 tbsp Mr. Black
Directions

Under medium heat, start boiling water

Once water is boiled add in your ground coffee, piloncillo, cinnamon sticks, and ground coffee

Mix in all ingredients until the piloncillo is melted, set aside to cool down

In your cup add in your cooled down café de olla and Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
