It’s fall here currently, and I wanted to make something that reminded me of my favorite season. I love the way the cinnamon, allspice dram, and bitters compliment the rum and coffee flavors to create something that tastes like fall in a glass.
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir until well chilled (30 seconds or so).
Strain into a chilled Gibraltar rocks glass.
Squeeze an orange peel to express orange oil across the top of the drink and rest peel on side of glass to garnish.
