A spin on an old fashioned. The drink contains some of the flavors of Mexico. Named after a song by famous ranchero singer Pedro Infante in which he requests coffee…but with a little something extra.

Ingredients

 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Bourbon Whiskey(Bulleit)
 ½ tsp Burnt sugar syrup
 ½ tsp Chile infused chocolate syrup
 2 dashes Mole bitters
 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

Garnish rocks glass with sea salt

Build in mixing glass all ingredients and stir well with ice

Double strain into rocks glass with large ice cube

Garnish with an orange peel

Smoke and serve
