A few years ago, I discovered the Bulletproof coffee. It's creamy, yummy, and contains healthy fats to aid the caffeine boost so you feel full and refreshed instead of jittery. This coffee became an important tool for me when I was left feeling sluggish and hungry after working my long 12 hour night shifts at the hospital, and then came home to take the baton from my husband to care for our four children so he could go to work. I wanted to make an homage to this reliable breakfast, and turn my old friend into a smooth cocktail that I could enjoy later in the day after my adult responsibilities were handled.

Ingredients

 2 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 3 oz Brewed dark roast hot coffee
 1 oz Sugar free Italian sweet cream creamer
 ½ tbsp Salted butter
 1 pinch Cinnamon

Directions

Put hot brewed coffee, creamer, and salted butter into a tall, unbreakable cup. Immersion blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour blend into shaker cup and add Mr Black.

Add a few cubes of ice and shake until outside of cup is frosty, approximately 20-40 seconds.

Fill rocks glass about half full of cubed or crushed ice, pour drink over ice.

Sprinkle top of drink with cinnamon.
