A robust and full-bodied Tiki cocktail. Coffee, Vanilla and Allspice create layers of deep flavor which are balanced by the acidity of the citrus juices. Overproof Demerara and Jamaican Rum are blended together to provide the necessary backbone of the cocktail and enhance the delivery of the spice notes. Refreshing, strong and lightly sweet. This is the tiki cocktail you'll want on the beach.... or in a snow storm.

Ingredients

 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum(Appleton Estate 12 Year)
 1 oz Overproof Demerara Rum(Hamilton 151)
 ½ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¼ oz Allspice Dram
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
 ½ oz Orange Juice
 ½ oz Freshly Brewed Espresso
 ¼ oz Vanilla Syrup

Directions

Make a shot of espresso and set a side for a few minutes so it isn't piping hot for the cocktail

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a couple pinches of pebble ice and whip shake

Open pour cocktail into a Collins Glass, top with pebble ice

4

Tie a cocktail napkin (preferably black) around the center of the glass, like a bandana

5

Garnish with a half orange wheel and cinnamon stick
