The Long Island Iced Tea is known for one thing and one thing only: drunken nights. But I really like the idea of it nonetheless. Sometimes an easy, punchy sipper is exactly what you need. Here's where the Black Irish Iced Tea comes in to play. Easy and punchy it is, but it's one thing more than most. It’s classy. Beautiful quality ingredients, a delicious coffee, orange and wood aroma and the dark mesmerizing colour give you a fantastic drink for any occasion. Be sure to give it a try! Sláinte!

¾ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 ½ oz Añejo Tequila(Rooster)
 ½ oz Aged Rum(Havana Club 7 yr)
 ½ oz Vodka(Russian Standard)
 ½ oz Gin(Tanqueray)
 ½ oz Dry Curaçao(Pierre Ferrand)
 ¼ oz Honey syrup (3:1)
 ¾ oz Lemon juice
1 ½ oz Stout (I used Guinness Extra Stout)

Add all the ingredients, but the stout, into a cocktail shaker.

Shake for eight to twelve seconds.

Double-strain the liquid into a chilled collins glass over a clear ice spear.

Top the drink off with the stout.

Gently mix the beer and the rest of the coktail with a bar spoon.

Garnish with an orange twist.

Enjoy your drink!
