Black desert is sent thought from human desire. Just like People want to drink coffee in the morning or spirit in the night. This desire is like to look for water in the desert.
The Date provides rich sweetness. The combination of orange flower water, homemade banana rum and black walnut bitters makes more layered to Mr. Black's coffee liqueur. Using Perlini shaker to make highly carbonated all day cocktail. And garnish (thin slices) is baked with reuse dates and mashed bananas.

Ingredients
Directions
Homemade banana rum
1. Freeze Bacardi rum for 4 hours
2. 250 g of fresh banana mash and Bacardi rum are mixed in the freezer
3. Let stand for 24 hours
4. Filter clarified liquid (use filter and coffee filter paper)
Homemade date syrup
1. Puree dates in a food processor
2. 500 g RO water mixed with mashed dates
3. Put it on the stove and simmer for 7 minutes (Stir)
4. Add 150 g coconut sugar and simmer for 5 minutes until combined (Stir)
5. Filter with Fine Mesh Food Grade Nut Milk Bag
Citric acid (1:60)
1. 10 g Citric acid mixed with 600 g RO water
Homemade dates bananas thin slices
1. Recycle the infused banana puree and cooked dates puree
2. use Steel Egg Beater to mix well
3. Put in the Dry fruit dryer (55℃ 8-10 hour)
4. Dry to not moisture
How to make Black desert:
1. Combine all the ingredients into Perlini shaker
2. Add Ice into Perlini shaker
3. Filled with CO2
4. Shake with ice
5. Turn on Shaker to relieve pressure
6. into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
7. Garnish with dates bananas thin slices (topping coconut powder)
It tastes really great!
Basically I don’t have that kind much ingredients at home, but the ingredients are easy to find out and make a good drink!
