I got inspired from Thai Food that I grew up eating my whole life. I think of the the food call “Kang Som” that have ingredients of Thai Chili, tamarind and lime juice. I love coffee, tequila and mezcal so I put all those together, add a little bit of Basil leaves just to add an herbal note to the drink.
Put all the ingredients together and dry shake.
Add ice and shake it. Then, double strain and serve on the single big rock.
Garnish with dehydrated lime and basil leaves.
