This cocktail was inspired by my favorite dessert, tiramisu. I wanted to capture that flavor. but also provide a fun spin by making the cold foam to put on top of the beverage and a really light dusting of the cocoa powder to capture the image of tiramisu. The name pays homage to my home state of Wisconsin, "America's Dairy Land" which is known for its dairy products, which the drink contains, and of course, its cows.



 2 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Amaretto
 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
 1 oz Simple Syrup
 ¼ cup half and half
 1 pinch Dark Cocoa Powder



Add ice, 2oz. Mr. Black, and 1oz Amaretto to a cocktail shaker


Stir until chilled and pour into a chilled coup glass

Cold Foam

*Special Equipment: French Press or Hand mixer with milk frother attachment
Chill your Irish Cream Liqueur, Half and Half, Simple Syrup, and a French Press or Small mixing Bowl (everything needs to be good and cold for it to foam properly).


Add 1oz Irish Cream Liqueur, 1oz simply syrup, and 1/4 cup half and half to the bowl or French Press
*(can require more depending on the French Press, make sure the plunger is covered at its lowest point)


If using the French Press, plunge the plunger rapidly for about 30 seconds or longer (until the volume of the liquid has increased).


If using the the hand mixer and milk frother, mix the ingredients on a high speed until the volume has increased.


Gently pour the the cold foam over the base in the coup


Optionally, dust the foam with a dash of dark cocoa powder
