This drink was primarily inspired by the bitters that it features. Bittercube makes a bottle of chipotle Cacao bitters that also includes coffee and oregano in its flavor profile. I knew that combining pungent and spicy bitters with a great coffee liqure would create a bold cocktail that "fights back" in all the best ways possible. Being that this is possibly my favorite drink I've ever made, I keep it close by name, sharing my last name with it; Crow.

Directions
Add all ingredients to shaker tin and dry shake without ice.
Add ice to shaker tin and shake again
Fine strain and serve the drink up in a pre chilled nick and nora glass or coup glass.
