I normally make this drink with Averna and no coffee liqueur. However, I tried it for the first time with Mr. Black for this competition and it fit so well! I had to try different measurements until I finally figured it out. On a side note, this tastes a lot better with a younger and lighter bourbon.

Ingredients

 1.50 oz Bourbon Whiskey
 ¾ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¾ oz Aperol
 ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth(Carpano Antica)

Directions

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass

Add ice and stir for 20-30 seconds

Strain into a rocks glass with an ice sphere or cube

Garnish with a maraschino cherry (optional)
