Inspired by my new Starbucks fall favorite, the Apple Crisp Macchiato, I wanted to translate the apple, spice, and coffee notes into an incredible cocktail. Supported by aged rum and applejack, this truly tastes like fall



 1 oz RumAppleton Estate 12 Year
 1 oz ApplejackLaird's Bottled in Bond
 ¾ oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¾ oz Apple Cider Syrup
 2 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters



Combine all ingredients and stir over ice in a mixing glass


Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.


Garnish with an apple fan & enjoy!

Cider Syrup

Bring 1/2 gallon of soft apple cider to a boil, lower to a simmer and reduce until syrup reaches 220°F (104.5°C). Let cool completely before using
