I recently discovered Amaro Di Angostura and I was trying to come up with a way to creatively incorporate it into a new cocktail. Fortunately the Coffee Cocktail Challenge was announced and I realized Mr. Black was a perfect match. After much trial and error the Amaro Di Caffè was born. This cocktail will take your palette on a journey from coffee-creaminess to bitter-sweetness. Cheers!

Ingredients

 1.25 oz Rye Whiskey Rittenhouse Rye
 1.25 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.25 oz Amaro Di Angostura
 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
 0.25 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

Dry shake for 10-15 seconds

Add ice and shake for an additional 10-15 seconds

Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass

Garnish with coffee beans
